Footnote Hell

I've been working for about two hours on my Law Review paper. Here's what I've got:

1. A fairly decent title.
2. Two extremely rough pages.
3. Elevenish footnotes.
4. No will to continue.
5. A growing knowledge of how much this process is gonna suck.
